Ibiza Residents DJs - Jon Constantine

Since 1997, Jon Constantine has built a huge popularity with workers and clubbers of Ibiza.

He became resident DJ and promoter for Coastline Cafe Ibiza in 2001 and has played an integral part of turning an unknown brand into the hugely popular brand it is today.

In 2007 Jon added to his list of projects the development of ‘Ibiza Residents’, a brand dedicated to the talents of Ibiza DJs. After only one season in Ibiza, Ibiza Residents evolved into an internationally known brand touring Dubai, Canada, Moscow, Norway as well as an extensive tour of the UK and Ireland.

Jon now also promotes a weekly event ‘WIRED’ at the ever popular ‘Hush Bar’ on Sundays as well as being resident DJ at his weekly parties in Plastik Lounge Ibiza on Tuesdays and Saturdays at Es Paradis.

Jon has regularly dj’d in all the major clubs and bars on the island including, Pacha for Hed Kandi, Space, Amnesia for Gods Kitchen, Privilege for Meganite (Mauro Picotto), El Divino for Miss Moneypennys and Kidology, Es Paradis for Clockwork Orange and various brands, Eden for Gatecrashers/Slinky and various brands.


He has also DJ’d with some of the top self DJ’s including, Tiesto, Judge Jules (BBC Radio 1), Groove Armada, FatBoy Slim, Boy George, Trophy Twins (BBC Radio 1), Nic Fancculli, Sandy Rivera, Milo, Bodyrox and many more.

He has hosted the funky room for Dave Pearce (BBC Radio 1) @ Eden for 2 years.

In 2003 Jon had a No1 with 'Pete tongs'(BBC Radio 1) buzz chart of the year and was 'tune of the week' in Dave Pearce's Radio 1 show with 'Kujay Dada- Young Hearts'.

In 2006 Jon had a No2 two weeks running, again with Pete Tongs' buzz chart with 'Elektrik DJ- Crazy'. Carl Cox has also placed Jon Constantine - Shake your body in his top 10 for Sept 07. He was also featured in DJ Mag Ibiza, titled 'How to make an anthem'.

Jon has been the resident DJ for Miss Moneypennys @ El Divino (Fridays) and has played the opening and closing parties for 'El Divino for the last 3 years.

Jon and Danny Graham (Kujay Dada) were also resident DJS @ Kanya on Saturdays for Glitz and Miss Moneypennys presents Distorted Disco. Jon and Danny also host ‘Elektrik DJ’ parties every Sunday@Hush.
